Emailed operator on 3/4 with no response. 3/27 left voice mail and sent follow-up email to operator outlining enforcement, funding and assistance. Operator returned call and let me know that he is not the operator. A board meeting is being held, and they will address the service line inventory and discuss who the contact person should be, will update once they let me know. | ||
