| Details: | Called water system and talked to Amy Menace. The owner Mike Chitwood was out at the time. Informed her that they have a positive sample and that they need to collect one sample and a triggered source sample. Discussed sample location and ways to avoid contamination. Also, explained how to view schedule on data online. She will also ask Mike about their current daily average population. 4/2/25: Called and talked to the owner, Mike Chitwood, about the positive repeat and triggered source sample. Mr. Chitwood was aware of the positive samples and is in the process of contacting a pump service to shock chlorinate the well and distribution system. After the the system is shock chlorinated he was going to collect the 2nd quarter coliform sample. He also suspects the coliform was from all the recent snow melt and rain since the same thing happened last year. He was also going to call back after talking to their manager about their current daily average population during the busiest 3 months of the year. |
