| Details: | Retha Fox, the previous certified operator for this system, had notified Lane DW program that she was no longer managing this system. She provided contact info for the owner/operators currently in charge of the system. The contact information provided by Retha was used to remind the system via email that they needed to register the certified operator with the certification office (Certops, DWS.OpCert@odhsoha.oregon.gov) . I instructed the system to email Certops a copy of their small water system certification as well as any contracts they have with the owner. This system gets assistance from Delta Operations, but Delta Operations is not contracted to act as the certified operator/DRC at this time. This system is also required to complete a level 2 investigation and is also required to install disinfection for their system. |
