| Details: | We sent an email to the operator discussing the pending 18 week deadline. We wrote: “…we discussed some of these outstanding items on the phone (including the sanitary seal on the well & the Dry Creek reservoir); however, I have not recorded when they were resolved because I have not received any written or picture correspondence indicating when they were corrected.
