| Details: | I left voicemails with the two owners of this store, James and Roxanne. I notified them that their most recent routine water sample was found positive for total coliform. I notified them that the store is required to: • Take 3 repeat samples from the distribution system • Take 1 triggered source sample from at or near the wellhead I notified them that the samples need to be taken ASAP to not trigger further rule violation and possible escalation of regulatory response and requirements. I followed up with an email. |
