| Details: | Verna had collected her quarterly sample on 3/26/25. It tested positive for total coliform bacteria. I asked about the chlorination system and it was stated that it is working but no residual was being detected. It was also mentioned that the well was flooded during a flooding event that has happened in the past few weeks. I recommended that the well be chlorinated and the chlorinator be checked to make sure it is working and she can get a good residual in the distribution system. Three repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample are to be turned in on 4/2 then 3 more temp routines by the end of the month are needed. Further action may be needed based on the results. | ||
