| Details: | We sent an email to the operator that said: “…'CASCADE LOCKS, CITY OF' public water system has missed a deadline to collect source water assessment samples (during 2018)… In order to return to compliance, an assessment source water sample should be taken from each well immediately (from the raw water sample taps).
