| Details: | I called Mrs. Colahan to discuss the coliform results from 3/28 and 3/31 and schedule a level 2 investigation. Colahan suspects she was not following the correct sampling procedure. In response I emailed Colahan the coliform sampling plan template, which has the correct sampling procedure listed in the document. Colahan also expressed difficulty in acquiring her Small Water System Operator Certification. In response I emailed her links to the OHA website for the Free Online SWS Basics Course. | ||
