| Details: | I contacted the operator regarding the TC+ test result. They have taken 3 repeats and a triggered sample. A level two investigation is being scheduled so that we can assess why there has been persistent contamination after disinfection. Operator says that there was a fractured water line and heavy rains in March. | ||
