| Details: | The farm is now owned by Townsend Farms and was only testing for requirements from their ODA regulator and not sending results to OHA DWS. I got updated information and also e-mailed template for coliform sampling plan and information about setting up an operators manual. The system inventory form was completed and sent in for transient non-community system (year round). New name of system entered as T Farm1 as requested by operator. The operator agrees to testing according to schedule and label forms to have uploaded in OHA DWS. |
