| Details: | I returned the operators phone call requesting confirmation of reciept of lab results. New coliform results are not in the OHA DWS yet but I left voicemail to be sure they are labeling sample form for getting to OHA DWS. I also reminded the operator to do annual nitrate sample and to send a 2024 nitrate result if available. Addendum: spoke w operator and gave him e-mail to send lab results they have and asked them to talk to lab to see how to mark forms for auto-send to OHA. Discussed OHA's request for an Arsenic test at any active source for consumption. |
