| Details: | Contacted Dan Jaffe to follow up on overdue survey deficiencies and violations. Dan says the Operations manual was updated and should include the under certified operator protocol. Requested that a copy of that written procedure be sent to NCPHD. Also reminded him that instructions for updating the Annual Summary Reports were emailed. He will go over that information at the board meeting. Photo documentation was sent of the screened reservoir overflow and some protection that was placed around pump #2. 4/28/25 email to operator and administrative contact to check-in on status of remaining corrections and request an update on compliance timeframe. 4/29/24 email returned from Tygh Valley Water District. They are still working on the under certified operator protocol and were given the webpage location again for submitting the Annual Summary Reports. 5/8/25 Dan Jaffe came by the office and submitted the 2024 Annual Summary Report. He will mail a copy to DWS. We discussed what was needed for the under-certified operator protocol and he will work on getting it completed. |
