| Details: | Contacted Dan Jaffe to follow up on overdue survey deficiencies and violations. Dan says the Operations manual was updated and should include the under certified operator protocol. Requested that a copy of that written procedure be sent to NCPHD. Also reminded him that instructions for updating the Annual Summary Reports were emailed. He will go over that information at the board meeting. Photo documentation was sent of the screened reservoir overflow and some protection that was placed around pump #2. | ||
