| Details: | Spoke with Matt from High Desert Property Management about how this purchasing system bills for water. Although each cottage has its own meter, they are not used to bill for water. Rather water, sewer, electric, etc. are charged as a HOA fee. The parcel of property on which all 28 cottages are located is owned by one entity. Each cottage is on its own lot but currently all one owner. Cottages are all rented. Meters were installed preemptively in case lots were ever sold and water metered. Reviewed this with DWS and determined that per 333-06100010(3) this system is NOT a PWS. I will submit a inventory update to deactivate system as of April 1, 2025. | ||
