Details: Sanitary survey on 12/4/2018 noted two deficiencies. 1) No written protocol for under-certified operators and 2) gap in water line port on well #6. Michelle submitted a new protocol for under-certified operators and verification that the gap had been sealed. These deficiencies are considered corrected.
