| Details: | Spoke with new admin contact Bob. This OVS system is on 3 year nitrate and annual coliform. System missed 2022-2024 nitrate and received a 5 point violation. I also called Box R lab to remind them to take nitrate asap as well as annual coliform. System should RTC with reported nitrate. | ||
