| Details: | Reached out to Steve and Liz regarding the two recommendations that were discussed during the survey. Records show that their IOC samples were collected on 12/16/24. They also had a mechanic inspect the pipe and he determined that it was a part of scaffolding that was left on the tank from a past work, but does not provide access into the tank. | ||
