| Details: | Operator notified DWS on 4/2 that there was a low chlorine alarm indicating that a slug of low chlorine (less than 0.2 mg/L) for 7 minutes from Geren Island WTP that got sent to Franzen reservoir. The low chlorine water mixed with the rest of the treated water in Franzen reservoir and 1st user readings (coming out of Franzen) were within normal ranges. No further actions needed. | ||
