| Details: | Operator notified DWS on 4/2 that there was a low chlorine alarm indicating that a slug of low chlorine (less than 0.2 mg/L) for 7 minutes from Geren Island WTP that got sent to Franzen reservoir. The low chlorine water mixed with the rest of the treated water in Franzen reservoir and 1st user readings (coming out of Franzen) were within normal ranges. No further actions needed. 5/27/25: The operator sent in a revised surface water report including details of where compliance samples were taken and recorded to prevent a violation and boil water advisory. DWS compliance noted they accepted the amended report and the violation will be removed. |
