| Details: | Last week 2 samples were submitted and marked as routine samples and both showed presence of coliform bacteria. Talked to John about collecting as soon as practical: source sample at well head and three repeat samples as follows: 1st floor of kitchen, shop building and one more anywhere in system. Call me if any of 4 samples shows presence of coliform. Otherwise in April collect 3 temporary routine samples from anywhere in system. ALSO gave reminder that when collecting a routine sample only one sample per quarter is required. ALERTS 3619 and 3620. |
