| Details: | 4/2/25 - DWS emailed JJ Olson that the February 2025 SWTR shows CT was not met on 2/16/25 for Hiland WC - Boulder Creek. Additional information was requested, and JJ was informed that a tier 2 public notice will be required within 30 days. Boulder Creek's operator determined that a week sodium hypochlorite batch led to the plant missing CT on 2/16/25. The sodium hypochlorite solution was remade at an appropriate strength, and the plant has met it's required CT since the incident. | ||
