| Details: | The system had 1 LCR excursion for not meeting the minimum entry point pH level of 7.4 at EP-A in March 2025. As of now, the system has 3 excursions during the current 6-month monitoring period (January 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025). The system is allowed up to 9 excursions within a 6-month monitoring period, so no further action is needed at this time. However, DWS staff checked in with the system to ensure they were aware of the excursion. |
