| Details: | On 3/25/2025, sent the operator a reminder to post a Tier-1 Public Notice regarding the most recent Lead exceedance. A template for the PN was sent to the operator as an attachment to the email. This public notice is due to be posted by April 5th, 2025. The operator is also required to post public education regarding the lead exceedance; I told them they could simply update the previously posted public education with current dates/sample locations. On 4/10/2025 I sent the operator an email requesting a copy of the Tier-1 public notice. On 4/14/2025 The operator had submitted "Public Education" and had posted it by 4/7/2025, but this did not meet the Tier-1 public notice requirement. I sent the operator a template for the Tier-1 public notice via email, reminding them to follow the template and post it as soon as possible. After posting, the operator should send me a copy. |
