| Details: | The water system had collected a coliform sample on 2/27 that was positive for total coliform. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample were collected on 3/4/25. All samples were positive for total coliform. At the time of the sample collection, the UV system was still not in operation. A level 2 investigation was triggered that was performed. It is known about the UV and the source has been confirmed to have total coliform, hence the requirement to install treatment, so the results were of no surprise. The UV system was brought online and a coliform sample collected on 3/27 was absent for bacteria. |
