Details:	Adair reported they cleaned the storage tank, removed about 40 pounds of sludge and then cleaned and sanitized the tank. After that they took special samples from the tank and in distribution and all of those came back ND. System is pulling Routine samples today. They plan on disputing the requirement to install chlorine and will follow up with a letter. Well #1 has tested positive in the winter months numerous times and is still a concern.
