| Details: | Charles notified our office of a routine total coliform positive sample collected on 4/17 at the PRV Vault (Mistletoe) test port. We discussed collecting repeat samples at original, upstream, and downstream sites, in addition to triggered source samples from any wells in use at the time of the coliform positive. He noted well #4 (SRC-AC) and Well #3 (SRC-BA) were in use at this time. He has collected the repeat samples. We discussed sampling wells prior to treatment. Review repeat and source sample results to determine if further action is needed. |
