Re: Significant Deficiencies Corrected on the Water System Survey of Flying K Trailer Ranch, PWS ID 4100455

Dear Mr. Richards:

I am happy to inform you that all of the significant deficiencies cited on the Flying K Trailer Ranch 12/14/2018 water system survey were corrected. This was accomplished by your staff providing an approved DPD type chlorine test kit at the pumphouse for wells 2 and 3, and showing me they are measuring and recording in a log free chlorine residual at least twice per week.
