| Details: | System operator emailed regarding system violations. Emailed a response with the following items. - Reviewed coliform, CCR certification & DBP violations. Sent link to CCR certification form & email for where to sent the completed form. - Reviewed public education for lead & copper violation. The public education had been sent to this office & forwarded to OHA on 3/12/25. The PE has not posted on the OHA website. Will follow up with OHA to determine status. - Reviewed the missed deadline violation for Corrosion Control Treatment (CCT) violation. Sent him the Lead Action Exceedance letter dated 2/15/24. Let him know the violation referred to item #5. Sent him the contact information for the circuit rider for assistance in providing a treatment recommendation. |
