| Details: | Spoke with Ms. Howton regarding the recent SOC Violation, #903404630, and explained the the reason for the violation: The SOC results were reported to OHA DWS program in on two separate occasions. The first report came in on 1/10/19 but did not include 7 analytes. The second report came on 1/28/19 and the missing analytes were included. Because they were reported late they got the violation for these analytes. |
