| Details: | I emailed the operator regarding the TC+ test result. I informed them to take 3 repeats (one at the original location, one downstream of the original location, one upstream of the original) and a triggered sample. I will follow-up with them later this week. 4/24: The operator asks for repeat sampling site location clarification. + 4/25: I email the operator that there was a second routine sample submitted that should have been labeled as a repeat. I told the operator that all of the repeats and triggered sample must be taken on the same day. I emailed the lab and copied the operator asking if they could change the routine sample label to a repeat. ++ 4/28: The operator emails me that they will be taking 3 repeats and a triggered sample today. |
