Details: The Park manager emailed me copies of the monthly disinfection reports for the December 2018 and January 2019. He stated that water system operator had previously submitted these reports to the State. I requested the manager to verify when these reports were sent and if necessary to re-submit the reports to dwp.dmce@state.or.us.
