Details:	We contacted the operator via phone and discussed the recent M&R violation (NO3). We also reminded the operator that the next coliform sample is due soon too. The operator said he would collect the coliform samples immediately. Sample bottles for the nitrate sampling would be ordered today and sampling would occur in approximately 2 weeks.
