| Details: | Informed PWS that source assessments samples collected on 4/21/2025 were total coliform positive (no E. coli) at SRC-KG WELL #10 DT7 (WELL #10 DT7) and SRC-KH WELL #11 DT8 (WELL #11 DT8). If a GW source sample is total coliform positive only (E. coli absent), no immediate action is required. Future total coliform positive GW source samples will be tracked, and if there is a pattern or series of positives, additional measures may be required, such maintaining the monthly frequency of source assessment monitoring rather than eventually reducing monitoring to annually. |
