| Details: | Cory sent small water operator certificate via e-mail. I responded w e-mail with instructions and links to finish paperwork with OHA DWS to get operator certification/DRC completed for survey deficiency correction. I also included link to page showing remaining overdue deficiency corrections, and link to Circut Rider. There is a new violation for missing March coliform sample and I advised on that too. | ||
