| Details: | Carl called to request advice on what steps would be required after an upcoming repair to replace a failed valve and a leak that will result in a loss of pressure for the customers. I advised that a boil advisory will be necessary due to the loss of pressure, and it can only be lifted after receiving passing bacteria sample results. Due to the unique circumstances of the moorage's piping, chlorinating the system after the repair may not be feasible without having chlorinated water enter the river when flushing the system. Emailed link to the template for the boil advisory and the best management practice documents for main repairs and pressure loss events. I had also provided this information to Terry Craven earlier in the day. | ||
