| Details: | Operator called regarding the violation postcard. They did not send in their public notice for certification, I sent them another copy via email and instructed them to return it. They have 2 late source sample/nonreporting violations. They will take another source sample from the system and one of their source samples form 1/9/19 came back negative will count towards removing one of their nonreporting source sample violations. There was a miscommunication when I instructed them to take repeats and a triggered sample. | ||
