| Details: | 4/25: I email the operator that there was a second routine sample submitted that should have been labeled as a repeat. I told the operator that all of the repeats and triggered sample must be taken on the same day. I emailed the lab and copied the operator asking if they could change the routine sample label to a repeat. + 4/28: The operator emails me that they will be taking 3 repeats and a triggered sample today. The operator emails the lab its permission and approval to change the mistaken routine sample label to be a repeat sample. ++ 4/30: I spoke with the operator. He says he will be submitting a work order to their contractor so they can perform the disinfection. I emailed a Coliform Sampling Plan to the operator and asked them to take two special samples 2-3 days after disinfection, to email me the completed L1, and to take 3 temporary routines before the end of May. |
