| Details: | Notified Jessica that they had seven excursion for their LCR for the month of April. Asked if they knew what caused the problem and if the problem has been resolved. Followed up with John Schaberg on 5/6/25, he notified me that the excursion was caused by lack of soda ash. I reminded them if an excursion occurs that they need to sample daily until water quality parameters are minimums are met. | ||
