| Details: | 5/1/25 - DWS contacted Alsea River RV Park and ALG (laboratory) regarding E. Coli present assessment sample result. Confirmed that Alsea River had collected a source water sample on 4/30/25, intending to start LT2 source water monitoring. The sample was mistakenly marked "assessment" and was analyzed for presence/absence rather than enumeration. ALG and Alsea River coordinated collection and proper assessment of the LT2 source samples. No triggered samples are required since Alsea River is designated a GWUDI system. | ||
