| Details: | 2/19/2026: the service line inventory has been submitted and approved. 10/15: spoke with Grant, he thought that he had submitted the report. He stated that he will do a bit of digging to see who it was submitted too and resubmit to DMCE or send it to me to be submitted. 8/26: emailed operator for a status update, included a draft inventory for his reference. 7/14: emailed operator to let him know we still haven't received the inventory. 6/2: operator responded and thought he had submitted it; he deleted his copy of the inventory. He stated that he would re-enter information and re-submit. 5/5: spoke with operators' wife and explained the service line requirement. As agreed, I also emailed them so she could print out the material for the operator.
