| Details: | Tina called to explain lab shared that there was a mistake at the lab that caused the coliform sample to not be sent which caused her to recieve a yellow violation card. She forwarded e-mail between herself and lab and DWS to show it. While she was looking at the DWS violations page she saw the violation for NO3 and wanted to know what that was and how to correct. I advised to have a chemical Nitrate test done and it would put her in compliance. I advised that would be good through 12-31-27 per her 3 year nitrate testing schedule. | ||
