| Details: | Left a voicemail for Delta Waterworks/Joshlynn drop regarding the recent TC+ results on both sides of Lakeside MHP. The system is required to collect a triggered sample and three repeat samples. An additional Level 2 investigation or at least an update to the last level 2 investigation will be required within the next month or so; Joshlynn has already tentatively agreed to meet with OHA/Lane County DW about this and other issues. Update 5/20/2025: Operator confirmed awareness of ongoing coliform issues during online meeting. Operator assisted in Level 2 investigation. |
