| Details: | I contacted Steve Sumner today regarding the water system's overdue 2021 survey deficiencies. Steve indicated he did not have knowledge of the overdue deficiencies and that none of the over deficiencies have been resolved. I discussed with Steve how he can go about resolving the water system deficiencies. Steve indicated he does not use a computer or the internet and indicated he would mail documentation to the Region Two office showing he has resolved the overdue deficiencies. Next steps pending receipt of documentation from Steve showing deficiencies resolved. | ||
