| Details: | The operator called me because it was their first time since their new ownership of the restaurant that there was a TC+ test result. I told them to take 3 repeat samples and triggered sample. I emailed them a link to their system's data profile so that they can track their chemical and bacterial sampling schedules. They mistakenly took a second routine sample initially on (4/30) and I told them to only take 4 total samples. | ||
