| Details: | I left a voicemail/email for Ed Lutz, the main system contact. I was also able to speak with Tara King, the contact from the previous L&C sampling violation in March. I notified the system that the latest Lead samples exceeded the MCL, and that a Tier-1 Public Notice must be posted within 24 hours. I requested that after the system posts the Tier 1 PN, they forward a copy to my email address. I sent an email to Ed Lutz and Tara King with a template for a tier-1 PN, the Lead Exceedance Letter from the State, and other L&C related information. Tara stated that they would post the Tier-1 notice. |
