Facility was confused regarding next steps - facility believes it has discovered issue related to recent confirmed total coli-form in system. facility provided level 1 investigation. facility noted it will chlorinate the system on March 18th, flush, and test prior to end of March for this months confirmation samples. Facility is aware of possible other issues in distribution and will be working with home owners association and circuit rider program to address any new possible issues in distribution. |
