| Details: | The water system collected its quarterly coliform sample on 5/12/25. It tested present for total coliform bacteria. The water system is to take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. System can turn into the lab courier on 5/21 if needed and/or submit to the lab week of May 19th. A coliform sample collected on 5/19 from the well tested present for total coliform, the other 3 distribution samples were absent for bacteria. System is to take 3 routine samples in June 2025. On June 9, the water system collected 3 routine samples and also a source sample. One sample from the maintenance shop was present for bacteria. System needs to collect 3 repeat samples in the next 10 days. On June 16, the water system collected 3 repeat samples. One of the samples was present for total coliform. A level 1 investigation was triggered to be completed by the water system. System needs to collect 3 routine samples in July. Further action may be needed based on results. |
