| Details: | Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) outage 05.16.2025 This morning the operator reported that their SCADA system went down yesterday in the afternoon hours. Without the SCADA system online, they are unable to remotely monitor, control, and receive status notifications for water levels in the storage tanks. Water production was paused throughout the night and resumed this morning. Staff is visually inspecting tank levels and monitoring water quality parameters. Turbidity and chlorine monitoring system remain operational. Update: at around 2 pm the operator reported that their SCADA system is back online. Everything seems to be running as expected, and they will continue to closely monitor the system until they are confident the issue has been fully resolved. |
