| Details: | Tillamook County EH Manager reached out to ask for assistance with this OVS. I spoke to Donna about the recent and ongoing coliform problem in their system and offered circuit riding assistance to look at options. Cloverdale Water District is nearby but according to Donna the hook up fee is cost prohibitive, and she's worried she will have to transfer water rights to that system. She is open to having a circuit rider come out and evaluate options and Dan from Civil West will contact her nephew, Jeff who maintains the system. | ||
