| Details: | The four follow-up samples were not able to be processed by the Waterlab last week when they were turned in by the firm. The owner stated that manager will take one triggered sample at the well and three distribution repeat samples today, one from the location that was positive earlier in the month. Since these samples will be received after May 17, 2025 a level 1 investigation has been issued. Firm was emailed the level 1 investigation form and asked to turn it in within 30 days by email to me. | ||
