| Details: | I emailed Mike to conduct three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample on 5/15/25. The samples were submitted. The three repeat distribution samples were positive for coliform and the source sample was absent. We spoke about shock chlorinating the system over the holiday weekend. The positive samples came from the RO side of the system. Mike will have Culligan evaluate the RO system. I also emailed Mike on 5/19/25 and explained the need to schedule a Level 2 investigation and that a letter would be coming. I also provided a link to the coliform sampling schedule to remind him that three temporary routine distribution samples are required to be submitted in June. |
