| Details: | 5/19/25: Gretchen sent an email stating 2/3 of the routine samples collected in May tested positive for total coliforms, and was seeking guidance on the next steps. We discussed collecting 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample. We also discussed collecting 3 temporary routines in June as well. She also mentioned that two sampling sites had aerators that were quick cemented to prevent students from removing them. This may have contributed to at least one of the +TC detections. 5/20/25 - A follow-up email was sent informing Gretchen that a Level 1 Investigation was prompted due to the consecutive +TC detections. The L1 Form was attached to the email. |
